Two Liverpool drill rappers, Abdifatah Gulaid, 31, and Noah Ihiekwe, 30, have been seen carrying guns and joining troops in Somalia amid a cross-border clan conflict. The pair, known in music as Still Brickin' and Rayzer, traveled to north-east Somalia earlier this year, footage shows them in military uniform with Puntland state forces.
The extent of their involvement is unclear, but UK authorities say anyone returning from conflict zones engaging in unlawful activity may face investigation.

Prior to their Somalia trip, the men were briefly detained in Thailand during a drugs raid but released without charge. They were last reported in Dubai.

Experts note that diaspora Somalis sometimes become involved in homeland clan disputes, though the current violence in Puntland and Somaliland appears to have subsided.
