A large pile of rubbish and scrap metal dumped in the driveway of a home is now under investigation following complaints from neighbours.
The pile, which includes items such as kitchen appliances, clothing, bicycles, and garden furniture, has been left outside a property on Gleave Crescent in the Everton area of Liverpool.
Photos show vans carrying bathtubs, lawnmowers, and chairs arriving and departing from the site.
Liverpool City Council confirmed an ongoing investigation, stating it would be "communicating with the affected residents accordingly." The council first received complaints in June, and local councillors have raised concerns, with officers also visiting the property to speak with the owner.
The council is reportedly considering whether to issue a community protection notice (CPN) to the homeowner.
CPNs can be issued by councils, police officers, and police community support officers to individuals suspected of engaging in antisocial behaviour.
W News! has reached out to the individual believed to reside at the property but has yet to receive a response.
